Introduction

Inconel 600 sheet alloy is resistant to all kinds of corrosive media.The composition of chromium gives the alloy better corrosion resistance under oxidation conditions than nickel 99.2 (alloy 200) and nickel 99.2 (alloy 201, low carbon).In particular, the 600 is resistant to corrosion of chlorine and hydrogen chloride and can be used at temperatures up to 650℃. At high temperature, the annealed and solution-treated alloys have good anti-oxidation spalling properties and high strength in air.
